WOW Father's day is a lot of work, here is Augie and Gordy resting while watching the open. Since this is my blog I edited out my zonk on the chair next to them. The next picture is me with my father's day present form Heather and Augie, its a picture of the S.S. Belgenland, commissioned 1878, on the back is passenger manifest of 31 May 1883 which lists Jakob Dunki, age 25, Male, Joiner, from Germany, destination St. Louis, MO. Sailed from Antwerp! Isn't that awesome? Thanks to Heather and all the research she did and for contacting the lady that had collected the information and photos..
Hannah was my surprise Father's day present, she flew in from KC and surprised me for Father's day and the following week. What a great surprise, it was great to have her here and spend some time with her, she brings a lot of joy when she comes, David is the dude! It's good having him with us again, he is a changed person since his DTS.
