Here is the latest on the remodel, the family room looking into the new addition, the green area and door is the old door to the porch, the room is double the size it used to be, 16x20 in the old part plus 16x19 in the addition. Its really going to be nice when its done.
See fire place on the left, we have four window across the end of the room which look into the yard and pool.
Brick work is almost done, doing a great job of matching the pattern's etc from our existing garage attached to the house. Blow it up you can see the same keystones where the lights go, the mason did a great job of matching the work out front. If it STOPS RAINING maybe they will be done tomorrow. We have extra wood stacked at side of house for Ark. Yet not as bad as DC and PA areas.
The addition from the outside looks very good, like it was always there, needs brick work on top finished and we are getting rid of the alum. screened porch and putting in wood roof with recessed lighting and fans, etc.
Like most remodels it is draging on and on! Why is it remodelers NEVER meet goals and finish on time?? Pool solar cover looks wild doesn't it, sort of like blue jello!
